![In 2017, we came into contact with HAKU Curated By Hideaki Matsuo. Haku is a partnership with three-Michelin-star chef Kashiwaya, with locations in Osaka and Hong Kong. The name of the esteemed Japanese chef is embossed on the door, and he is an alum of several Michelin-starred restaurants in Japan, including RyuGin, Zurriola and Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros. This is a new proving ground for talented chefs, a no-rules kitchen without any ingredient restrictions.
Our partnership with HAKU comes to an end with the opening of the former chef's new restaurant.
Located on Roof Level 4 of the ifc mall, the brand new HAKU introduces a new concept and sets a new standard for modern cuisine. Chef Rob Drennan doesn't limit the restaurant to just one dish, but offers a dining experience that combines quality seasonal ingredients from near and far, prepared using innovative and inventive techniques. The stylish space is adorned with custom-designed materials and details, where diners can take an unparalleled culinary journey in Central while enjoying stunning views of Victoria Harbour.
