Classified is the neighborhood café-workspace we've known since we were kids, serving freshly brewed coffee, modern comfort food, and boutique wine. This time Aperire took their case and revamped the menu within 24 hours. Although time is tight, everyone is quite satisfied with the overall effect. This is the greatest encouragement for our creators.

Stockton is a hidden whiskey bar in Hong Kong, across Lan Kwai Fong, into a small alley in Wyndham Street, there is a flight of stairs to go up. Just like the hidden shops in British movies in the 80s and 90s, gently push the door open, and the decoration and furniture inside make you feel like you are in the contemporary era. In it, people forget the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong, enjoy whiskey and cocktails quietly, and revel in it with friends. The most challenging part of photographing Stockton was that each photo had to showcase its setting and atmosphere without losing sight of the unique color and personality of each cocktail.

With more than 40 years of history, Dean & Deluca from New York landed in Hong Kong. Even the sandwiches and dips are crafted to suit diners' needs.

When Maruju first landed in Langham Place, Hong Kong, APRTOG had the honor to participate in their menu creation. Based on the designer's concept of using different colors as the theme, we photographed a series of candy-colored backgrounds for Maruju, which are both pleasing to the eye and elegant.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Habitu has partnered with a florist to create a picnic set. The pleasing pink-orange background with a sense of summer leisure creates an idyllic feeling of tree shadows in the store, which makes people love it.

APRTOG met them when they opened Rosewood Hong Kong, a high-end, artsy place with different cuisines. Henry Steak House, Butterfly Room, Chaat, Bayfair Social, Asaya Kitchen, etc., each restaurant has its own style. It is an honor for the Aperire team to be able to shoot for them all the way, and I hope that more hotels will attract the public with a new look in the future.

The St. Regis Hong Kong

Caviar King is the best supplier of Caspian caviar in the Hong Kong market. The caviar comes exclusively from sustainably farmed sturgeon from Caspian farms in Astrakhan, Russia.
The biggest challenges in photographing Luxary products such as caviar are temperature and color reproduction. The caviar will melt when the temperature rises slightly, so the shooting must be fast and accurate.
The color of each caviar is also slightly different, brown, red, gray, green. The client chose a black background, which made it more difficult to reproduce the colors. Fortunately, we have won the trust of our clients, and everyone is very satisfied with the results after shooting. We uphold the spirit of "there is no best, only better!"! And keep serving the King of Caviar.

Fireside's kitchen does away with modern cooking facilities, using only open flame grills and ovens, fueled by select woods and bincho charcoal. Jaime Ortolá cooks using traditional techniques. In Hong Kong, they were the first specialty restaurant we came across. The combination of dry aging and fresh ingredients allows customers to experience traditional cuisine. In Hong Kong, where there are many high-rise buildings, it is extraordinary to experience a different firewood cooking style. During the shooting process, we had to consider how to express the idea of ingredients and the characteristics of cooking. It is extremely challenging to complete a series of photos that satisfy the chef in a short period of time without preparing a shooting plan in advance.

APRTOG met the St. Regis Hong Kong when it first opened. The luxurious layout and brand-new hotel are refreshing. The close cooperation allowed us to establish a friendly relationship, but one year later we just encountered Covid-19, all catering promotion funds had to be suspended, we had to say goodbye to this happy time, looking forward to our cooperation again and the future market will be good.

The funds raised at this event will help alleviate the pain of those who are most affected by the earthquakes.

Aperire are documenting this charity fundraiser and reaching out to the world in small ways.

When we received this case, we had no idea what kind of restaurant it was. ROJI, located in the central alley, reproduces the style of a modern Japanese izakaya. Beech wood and the wall are the main colors, which look very comfortable under the yellowish light.

"It is the culinary artist that matters, not the oven. Gaggenau kitchens exist only to provide the best culinary experience." Gaggenau.

Things that many homes take for granted today originally came from Gaggenau. Gaggenau is a pioneering brand of domestic kitchen appliances and a leading innovator of "Made in Germany" technology and design.

This year, Gaggenau HK - Kitchen Infinity teamed up with Michelin star chefs to hold a series of star cooking courses. Thanks to the chefs for taking time out of their busy schedules to allow us to produce this series of professional portraits with an efficient and high-quality shooting process.

The site of the Dolomites comprises a mountain range in the northern Italian Alps, numbering 18 peaks which rise to above 3,000 metres and cover 141,903 ha. It features some of the most beautiful mountain landscapes anywhere, with vertical walls, sheer cliffs and a high density of narrow, deep and long valleys. A serial property of nine areas that present a diversity of spectacular landscapes of international significance for geomorphology marked by steeples, pinnacles and rock walls, the site also contains glacial landforms and karst systems. 

Olympic National Park is located on the Olympic Peninsula in the northwest corner of Washington State, USA, on the Pacific Ocean, about three to four hours' drive from Seattle. The national park consists of three parts: snow-capped mountains, temperate rainforest and coastal areas. From the warm and humid seaside to the cold mountains, tourists can experience the climate of four seasons and the corresponding different natural ecologies in the same tour.

Mount Aso or Aso Volcano is the largest active volcano in Japan and among the largest in the world. Common use relates often only to the somma volcano in the centre of Aso Caldera. It stands in Aso Kujū National Park in Kumamoto Prefecture, on the island of Kyushu. Its tallest peak, Takadake, is 1,592 meters (5,223 ft) above sea level. Mount Aso is in a fairly large caldera (25 kilometers (16 miles) north-south and 18 km (11 mi) east-west) with a circumference of around 120 km (75 mi), although sources vary on the exact distance.

2010 started making cheese from the organic milk of our goats at our farm. We breed the Deutsche Edelziege, a type of German goat race producing very precious and healthy milk. Goat milk is easily digestible and suitable for people suffering from an allergy towards cow milk. Produce semi-hard cheese as well as herb cheese of different maturing stages. In the cheesemaking process we pay attention to every detail to obtain organic cheese. By naturally aging the cheese builds a special ring improving the taste.

「優質的食物、殷切的服務,造就成最好的餐廳。」是聘珍樓開業以來的座右銘,配合廚師團隊代代相傳的專業烹調技巧去炮製出最上乘的正宗粵菜。從1884年,現今已超過130年歷史的聘珍樓(日語:聘珍樓/へいちんろう Heichinrou)是一家創業於日本橫濱中華街主打粵菜的中餐館,是日本國內最歷史悠久及深受客人愛戴的的高檔中菜館。當年由張姓華僑創辦,名字「聘」意為納傑出人士,而且「珍」而重之的地方。

「鏞鏞·藝嚐館」是香港粵菜代表「鏞記酒家」旗下首個年輕品牌,致力以「呈手藝、傳心意、嚐回憶」的信念延續「鏞記」經典,在保留正宗粵菜真味及本地獨有的飲食文化之餘,以充滿創意的全新角度,連繫傳統與創新,水磨石枱面、簡約的設計元素,營造出舒適放鬆的氛圍,演繹出傳統粵菜的時尚現代風格。

Chef Antonio Oviedo, who hails from Madrid, first gained fame when he ran 22 Ships, a Spanish tapas bar on Wan Chai Ship Street. He opened Agora at 2022, a fine-dining Spanish restaurant in Tai Kwun. Agora is open only during the evening hours and offers two seasonal tasting menus. Giving back to the community is one of Agora’s missions. The restaurant will donate one percent of the proceeds from each bill to the non-profit organization World Central Kitchen, which provides meals to vulnerable communities affected by natural disasters.

Ando’s cuisine is largely inspired by Agustín’s memories of his grandmother’s kitchen: generosity, genuine hospitality and happiness. Offering innovative cuisine unrestricted by labels and genres in a tasting menu format, it reflects Agustin’s unconventional approach of uniting the flavors he was exposed to growing up with those he learned and experienced far from home in Asia. Using elements of Spanish and Japanese cuisine, we tell a story rooted in our respect for tradition and our vision for an innovative future.

In 2019, MONO was opened in collaboration with Chef-owner Ricardo Chaneton and Yenn Wong, the founder & CEO of JIA Group. “MONO” means "unique" or "singular," embodying Chef Ricardo’s global culinary heritage and vision. We build the bridge between Latin America and Asia, becoming a window to Latin American gastronomic culture worldwide. With Chef Ricardo's Venezuelan roots and European training as cornerstones, his culinary expertise shines through in this constantly evolving cuisine that marries Latin American flavours with French techniques.

In Slovenian, pirhi means Easter eggs and are beautiful works of art. Slovenian artisans often paint the eggs with fine details or use the so-called drsanka technique to lightly carve delicate designs into the surface of the painted eggs. "Making Easter eggs is a Slovenian tradition, but carving Easter eggs is an exception; this is my invention," Frank Grom said, using his careful eyes and steady hands to carve the delicate eggshells into Beautiful miniature sculpture. Working from a studio in his hometown village of Stara Vrhnika, near the Slovenian capital Ljubljana, he adds a high-tech twist to the national tradition of decorating eggs during Easter.
