Hong Kong, May 16, 2024 - FUJIFILM Corporation (FUJIFILM) has launched the new FUJIFILM X-T50 mirrorless interchangeable lens digital camera.
Equipped with a 40.2-megapixel back-illuminated "X-Trans™ CMOS 5 HR" image sensor, a high-speed image processor "X-Processor 5" and a 5-axis image stabilization function with a maximum of 7.0 levels, it perfectly achieves high image quality, high performance and high mechanical performance.
For the first time, a film simulator dial is set on the on-camera panel, allowing you to easily switch Fuji's unique "Movie Simulation Film Simulator" function to present a more diverse color style.
Features:
Inherits the 40.2-megapixel back-illuminated "X-Trans™ CMOS 5 HR" sensor from the fifth-generation FUJIFILM X-T5. Using the latest image processing algorithms, high resolution and excellent signal-to-noise ratio can be achieved simultaneously.
The improved pixel structure has a minimum standard sensitivity of ISO 125, which was previously only available as an extended sensitivity.
The electronic shutter speed can reach up to 1/180,000 second.
Equipped with deep learning-based AI autofocus detection technology, it can identify objects such as animals, birds, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, airplanes, trains, insects and drones. Compared with previous models, it has a more advanced autofocus prediction algorithm, making it smoother and easier to shoot fast-moving vehicles and animals.
A total of 20 "Film Simulation" modes are provided, including "REALA ACE" which combines accurate color reproduction and delicate tonal gradation.
The camera is equipped with a 5-axis in-body image stabilization system with up to 7.0 stops of compensation (when used with a stock OIS lens).
6.2K/30P 4:2:2 10-bit in-camera video recording, and the focus tracking function can also be used during recording to achieve high-quality video production.
Adopting a new sleek body design. The grip shape is more comfortable and fits the hand while maintaining a compact size and excellent feel.
A new "film simulation dial" has been added to the top panel. Users can switch between different film simulation modes directly on the top panel and easily enjoy different film toning effects.
The top of the body is equipped with an integrated pop-up flash combined with a viewfinder (EVF), which can automatically control the amount of light and display the flash power in dark environments and backlit portraits.
