From the V system to the XCD lens, and even the HC/HCD series lenses, the 907X 50C's versatile adaptability showcases the beauty of digital imaging. The CFV II 50C medium format digital back is equipped with a 50-megapixel CMOS sensor. Each pixel has been strictly calibrated. Combined with 16-bit color depth and 14-level dynamic range, the image quality presented is extremely stunning. Even when outputting full-pixel JPG format images, they are still detailed and moving. Every image has true, natural, detailed and accurate colors thanks to the Hasselblad Natural Color Solution HNCS. No settings are required to faithfully record the world as the photographer sees it. Compared with the previous generation model, the CFV II 50C adopts a sophisticated design with a built-in battery compartment, making it more portable. Not only is it perfectly compatible with most Hasselblad V system cameras, but when connected to the 907X body launched at the same time, the CFV II 50C digital back is no longer an ordinary digital back.

In 2024, the brand launched the CFV 100C digital back with a built-in 100-megapixel camera, which will be combined with the 907X to create the smallest medium-format camera in its class. The Hasselblad CFV 100C digital camera back will be available together with the 907X camera body, with a suggested retail price of US$8,199 (approximately HK$63,952).

The CFV 100C can be used with 907X and XCD series lenses (HC/HCD, V and XPAN series lenses can also be used with adapters) and is compatible with V-system film cameras. The CFV 100C digital back can be configured in three different ways. The CFV 100C digital back uses the same 100-megapixel back-illuminated CMOS sensor as the X2D 100C medium-format digital camera from the same manufacturer, with a sensitivity of ISO 64 - ISO 25600, providing up to 15 stops of dynamic range. Through Hasselblad's natural color solution, its RAW file has a color depth of 16 bits, and it can also shoot 10-bit HEIF files. The CFV 100C offers 294-point phase detection autofocus and supports face detection autofocus. Officials say the focusing speed of the CFV 100C digital back is 300% faster than the previous "907X and CFV II 50C" combination.
